Refund policy
We have a 14-calendar day return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The buyer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs for undamaged or unused products.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
GJM Equipment Sales does its best to inspect all equipment we purchase for resale for issues. Due to the nature of the heavy equipment industry manufacturing and the manufacturer's shipping and handling procedures, most items related to this will have cosmetic defects, including paint scratches, chips, or runs, torn labels, small dents or slightly bent metal, welding splatter, surface rust, oil or grease stains. This does not affect the function of the machinery and returns for these types of imperfections will not be accepted. Photos of each item that GJM Equipment Sales offers for sale will have several pictures taken and any imperfections or issues noted before listing the item for sale.
If the purchased item large or heavy, and is shipped via a freight trucking company, do not sign the shipping company's delivery receipt before inspecting the item and noting any discrepancies, if any. Please thoroughly inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or becomes defective while in transit to your location, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once you sign the receipt, you agree to accept the item as delivered and the transportation company and GJM Equipment Sales will not be held liable for any issues related to product damages or deficiencies. This also applies to items shipped which require a signature upon receipt.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like used equipment or items, reconditioned equipment, or equipment or items sold "as is" that is purchased from GJM Equipment Sales. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. This especially applies to nitrogen bottles that may be included with new skid steer or excavator breakers

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
