SHIPPING & DAMAGE PROTECTION

GJM Equipment Sales uses reputable shipping and freight companies (carriers) such as FedEx, USPS, UPS, and Estes. Items that can be packaged in boxes or envelopes will be done carefully to prevent damage or lost items. Large items will be secured by strapping to a pallet or large box and wrapped in plastic. GJM Equipment Sales will insure all shipped packages or cargo with the carrier and photos of the packaged item will be taken before being released for shipment.

Any damage that is discovered upon receipt of the item needs to be reported to the carrier or freight company and follow their policy for receiving compensation or replacement.

GJM Equipment Sales will not be responsible for compensation or replacement of damaged items.

SHIIPPING TIME & TRACKING INFORMATION

All items will be shipped out the next business day. GJM Equipment Sales will do its best to provide tracking information or other information pertaining to the shipped item(s). GJM Equipment Sales will not be responsible if the customer enters their contact information in error or the tracking information is sent to their spam/trash folder. GJM Equipment Sales will also not be held responsible for weather or other delays caused by the carrier.

UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS

If the shipped item requires the customer's signature for delivery, or arranges and accepts the responsibility for unloading the item from the freight truck, and the purchasing customer is not available to receive the item or provide off-loading, it is up to the customer to contact the carrier to reschedule the delivery. If after several attempts by the carrier, the purchased item cannot be delivered or picked-up by the customer, the item is considered abandoned by the customer, and no return requests will be accepted or refunds will be given. 

ITEMS DELIVERED BY GJM EQUIPMENT SALES- C.O.D. / FREE DELIVERY

Certain items will be offered "Charge On Delivery (C.O.D.)," and with free delivery by GJM Equipment Sales within a 200 mile radius from Tyler, Texas 75703. If the customer selects this option, a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total price upon full payment of the item. 

If the customer pays for the item in full through the website, no deposit is required.

If the customer refuses the item(s) for any reason, or is not available to receive delivery on the agreed upon delivery date and time with GJM Equipment Sales, the delivery deposit will not be refunded or a $100.00 fee will be deducted from the pre-paid amount when the refund is processed.

A thirty-minute window will be allowed to the customer for delivery on the agreed upon time. If the customer is not present within this time, GJM Equipment Sales reserves the right to leave the location and the delivery deposit will be forfeited by the customer.

If the delivery time is delayed by GJM Equipment Sales due to vehicle malfunctions, weather, traffic issues, etc., the customer will be immediately contacted, and a new delivery time will be agreed on with the customer. If the customer cannot agree upon a new delivery appointment, the deposit will be refunded.
